BOOKING CONDITIONS
Reservations are valid only if the availability is guaranteed by the sending of a valid credit card number or e-mail of one night's confirmed deposit and confirmed by La Polena in writing (via e-mail).

CANCELLATION
Cancellations, in whole or in part, must be communicated by e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival. La Polena is a structure with exclusive and very limited rooms. In order to provide hospitality to all customers without penalizing property, we must strictly comply with our booking and cancellation policies.

In case of cancellation after the above mentioned terms the following penalties will be charged:
Total or partial cancellations (from 14 to 6 days in advance) - 1 night.
Last minute cancellation (5 days prior to arrival) or no arrival - full amount of stay.

In case of a reduction of the stay made within 5 days prior to arrival or early departure, the cost of the entire booked stay will be charged.

Cancellations, total or partial, are effective only if confirmed by La Polena in writing.

PRIVACY
The personal information requested will be processed in accordance with the Italian Privacy Act (Law 675/96), and are required in La Polena to manage the reservation request. Personal information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed or disclosed to third parties.
